Meditation, Breath-work & Mindfulness Coaching

Together we will explore how to build capacity and stay with ourselves in our own experience through gentle exercises in meditation, breath-work and mindfulness practices. Through integration, a daily practice and moment-to-moment remembering, you will bring space and expansiveness into your body, mind, and emotional landscape, all while deepening your relationship with yourself.

These practices support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and self-awareness. This will reflect in your relating to yourself and others in a more embodied, intuitive way, moving from a place of reaction to a place of response. Thus creating a more balanced, calm, peaceful inner and outer relating and interaction with life and in our relationships, sustainable healing and long-term well-being.
