1st Session — In-Person  (1 hr) Sunday, November 30th, 2025 - 1 pm - 820 Wharncliffe Road South (BoFit Gym)
Open the body, soften the mind, and connect with the deeper wisdom within. Through intentional breath and meditation, this session creates space for emotional cleansing, clarity, and energetic realignment.

2nd Session — Virtual Integration (1 hr) - Zoom 
A sacred space to reflect, ground, and anchor what was revealed. Integration helps transform insight into lasting change and reconnects you to your inner path with clarity and intention.
