Where do I park?

• There are two FREE 60-minute parking spots behind 291 King Street available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you use one, you must notify the concierge upon arrival.

• Metered Street parking is available within a block of my office;

  • Corner of Waterloo and King Street

  • On Dundas Street

  • In City Plaza

  • Clients are responsible for any parking fees. 

    When should I arrive?

• Please arrive as close to your appointment start time as possible.

• Please come in and sit in the waiting room, your counsellor will

  come out and welcome you in at your scheduled appointment time.

How do I make a change to my appointment?

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact your counsellor via email directly.

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with 24 hours’ notice by contacting your counsellor via email to reschedule.

• Missed appointments and short-notice cancelled appointments will incur an invoice at the current rate and must be settled prior to rescheduling.

Will I receive an email confirming my appointment?

• You will receive an email from ‘Jane’ to confirm your appointment.
